This fertilizer is not only for short term looks. Medina helps long term soil health and starts to let the soil take care of itself so you will need less fertilizer over time. They did experiments in barren fields years ago and it helped at the time, but now, years later, the area that they used it on is the only green in the fields.

I read how corn gluten in a natural herb aside and can be used to prevent crab grass & weed seeds from germinating so i gave Bradfield Organics Luscious Lawn Corn Gluten fertilizer a try. Feed my lawn mid March and May before we left for our vacation. It's July 8th and not one bit of crab grass is in my lawn and overall look of the lawn is great. Very few broad leaf weeds made it past but the corn gluten but only a few. I must say this will stay a staple in my lawn program. I will use this again like i have and finish off the season with my old staple Ringer Lawn Restore since you can't seed for 90 days after applying a corn gluten based fertilizer.

Wakame - Dried Seaweed Review

(More customer reviews)As you may have read, seaweed is a good source of nutrients, and has benefits for your skin and hair. Wakame is a kind of kelp (Undaria pinnatifida) and is most commonly found in miso soup and Japanese salads.
If you use wakame a lot, this bag will fit your bill. I've been using this brand for years because it's big and one bag usually lasts me a year or more. Text and texture is comparable to wakame brands I've had in Japan.
There is more than enough dried seaweed here for 50+ bowls of miso soup. Just snip off a few bits of seaweed directly into the hot soup with a pair of scissors and let it rehydrate for a few minutes, then enjoy.
Wakame is also good as a salad. Rehydrate in water for 4-5 minutes, then drain and cut into desired lengths. Add some julienned cucumber, daikon, carrots, and sesame seeds and you have a simple Japanese seaweed salad. Top with a Japanese-style dressing or any of salad dressing of your choice. You can also add some imitation crab leg pieces and mayo, or use the wakame as a bedding for other foods.
Wakame should be eaten shortly after rehydrating, otherwise it'll lose its elastic texture and get soggy.

I've tried every one of their choices but this bag is my favorite. The apples and apricots are nice and sweet and the peaches give a little tang. The fruit is also nice and crisp, not stale and bland. I recommend this mix highly. Kids love it too so this makes a great lunchbox snack. Also wonderful for road trips.

I've been enjoying this soup for years, usually with pine nuts, a splash of GF soy sauce or black salt, and sometimes even avocado (added after heating). Many of the processed soups out there are extremely disappointing, but this one is actually tasty. I usually serve it with corn muffins, a baked potato, a piece of GF bread, or rice. You can also make it a side dish for dinner to add a little extra "green" to the meal. My non GF husband also enjoys this soup.

The calories are so low that you can add a couple of grilled (in olive oil) Gruyere cheese sandwiches and have an awesome meal whether you're watching your weight or not. I'm on my third 12-pack and I'm not even a soup person - it's that good.

Trouble is, I (and I'm sure others) don't have time to make a fresh batch as often as I'd like, so I'm always in search of good soups in the can/box. I bought a few of these and just opened a can up 10 days later and am sorry I waited! The soups are NATURAL (which you can hardly find in prepackaged soup), with no preservatives, and are simple yet complex in taste. In essence, they are deeply satisfying! I look forward to visiting the restaurant in New York and Chicago. If they can produce this in a can, I look forward to what they can do fresh! Bon Appetite

(More customer reviews)I love Amy's because you can actually pronounce all the ingredients she uses--no chemicals, no preservatives, nothing you need a chemistry degree to decipher--and she makes pretty tasty food. Normally, I'm not a big fan of canned soups, but the Alphabet Soup is an exception. It's a rich tomatoey broth with a few vegetables and pasta alphabets. I like soup without a lot of "clutter," so to speak. My sole complaint is that the alphabet noodles are a bit mushy, but then what do you expect in a canned soup? Still, if you're looking for something to warm you on a chilly or rainy day, Amy's Fat Free Alphabet Soup fits the bill.

(More customer reviews)I have pretty much been living on Amy's food for about 8 years now, when I can't eat fresh or am too lazy to cook from scratch. The Berliner family (Amy's Mom and Dad) has done the world a major service in proving that frozen and canned food can be truly healthy. (Please stay private! Going public and thinking mainly of profits will ruin the food, no doubt.)
Their pesto pizza is so good it's ridiculous. I've eaten about a thousand of those, maybe two. All their products are hand-made from organic ingredients, and the prices are more than fair considering the quality.
I love Thai food, especially Tom Kha and green curry (hint hint, Miss Amy!). This soup holds up well to some of the better TKs I've had in good Thai restaurants. It is spicy but not overwhelming, creamy but not too thick, and in general simply dang yummy!! Easily the best canned Thai soup I've ever had (except for Satay soups, made by Austin's wonderful Foo Swasdee, but sadly her canned food biz stopped a while back (her restaurants are still here, though, and still great. Foo is a wonderful lady!)).
Good Thai chow is almost everything I want from food: nutritious and healthy and extremely tasty, with many flavors complementing but not overwhelming each other. This soup is all that.
And as always with organic food, by buying this not only are you getting the healthiest food, you're helping support people who care about the health of our planet, and not supporting people who don't.
Many thanks to the Berliner family for making the best pre-packaged food on the planet.
I could live on this stuff.
