MIU France Brushed Stainless Steel tomato Slicer Review

(More customer reviews)The slicer is extremely light and the quality of the cutting strips is poor. One of the cutting strips broke on first use and some of the others started to bend after a few uses. It is not a solid, strong slicer. The price did not justify returning it but I am not using it anymore and will look for a different tomato slicer.

(More customer reviews)I was very skeptical when I bought this product, but I hate to slice tomatoes and so I figured I'd give it a chance. I had hoped the slicer would work as advertised, but I suspected it would actually squash the tomato and make a mess. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that it works wonderfully. The slices are uniform,the tomato retains its shape, and even the small amount of juice is contained within the slicer. You don't even have to take out a cutting board or wipe the counter afterward. I couldn't be more pleased with this product, and I highly recommend it. Just be careful when cleaning. It's very sharp!

Rosle Tomato/Kiwi Serrated Peeler Review

(More customer reviews)Very good, but not quite as good as my other Rosle peelers. (I have them all...) The serrated blade is a lighter quality and not replaceable. The whole peeler seems of slightly lesser weight/quality. It is DEADLY SHARP, so be careful!!! The included blade guard covers the serrated part, but NOT the pointed eye remover. It does peel thinly and well, but so do my other peelers. This one is just slightly better on very ripe, soft, thin-skinned fruit. It is made in China, as are most, or all, Rosle products now. One other thing... Rosle has always been known for it's lifetime warranty, but this item carries a Rosle hang-tag that says it has only a 5 year warranty from Rosle. It's still better than the other brands and I would probably buy again.
