(More customer reviews)In addition to being a quality pasta, these tiny letters are fun to play with on their own. They take about 10 minutes of boiling to cook, which surprised me, because they are so tiny. However, they have to absorb a lot of water because they just about double in every dimension when cooked. The pasta tastes good, and appears to be well-made and carefully packaged.
I don't like to give my 3-year-old canned alphabet soup, since it contains a ton of sodium, MSG, and soggy vegetables, and it turns out she prefers these. To make a quick snack for her, I use:
1 cup organic chicken broth (low sodium)
1/4 cup alphabet pasta
pinch of salt
Combine in a small saucepan and heat on medium for 12-13 minutes, starting with cold broth. You can add more broth, throw in some cooked chicken, veggies, herbs, or whatever your child likes.

(More customer reviews)I love these convenient boxes of sushi wraps, so I was eager to try the brown sprouted rice after eating the white rice ones the last couple of years. The brown rice did not disappoint! I actually buy these for my 6 year old who loves to make sushi rolls. It's a great size for 2 kids and it's super easy to use since the rice is nice and sticky. The only thing I don't like is reheating in the plastic container that it comes in, but we just take it out and place a moist towel over it and heat it that way. The flavor of the nori is excellent as well and the kids beg to eat it all of the time. These are not carried at our local Whole Foods so I buy them by the case here on amazon so we are never without.

The 10 year old has Asperger's Syndrome and can be very picky about his fruits and veggies, and the toddler has pretty typical capricious tastes so it's sometimes a challenge to find foods they both will eat. I've been fixing this in smoothies for them (bannanas, pineapple, strawberries, 2% milk, and crushed ice) and they LOVE it!! 2 scoops of the supplement works well for both. Great product!

There are pieces of carrots and green beans that add so much more to the flavor and texture of this carb loaded side dish. It still has too much salt but the veggies seem to help negate that problem. It's really quick and easy to prepare and very tasty. From now on, I'll only buy the Knorr varieties with added veggies. They are just so much better! As a matter of fact, I'd like to tell Knorr that they need to add even more veggies to this product so that the high carbohydrate negative sugar consequences will be decreased making this a much healthier side dish for every one.

(More customer reviews)According to the description, the first two ingredients are spinach and peas, but when the item arrived I saw that the first ingredient was actually apples. I bought this thinking it was going to be primarily spinach, but that wasn't the case.
I was rather disappointed, but overall these were fine. My daughter ate them happily.
We used these with the "Plum Organics Dispensing Spoons". They're really convenient for when we're out and about.
