(More customer reviews)The main reason I purchased this was to transport fruit or veg trays in the car to picnics, potlucks, etc. However, the lid does not have a secure Tubberware fit (nor was it meant to), which resulted in spilt fruit all over my back seat. Had I known this prior to purchase, I would not have purchased it. That being said, it does have a nice holding capacity and can be used for many other things.

(More customer reviews)This gadget got a great review in the NY Times. I bought 6, 5 as stocking stuffers for the cooks in the family and 1 for myself. Unfortunately, it is clumsy to use and does not perform as well as hyped. Better to spend the money on a mandoline slicer.
