(More customer reviews)This is a soup on the "fluid-ey" side (not thick). Lots of broth, some veggies, some barley, almost no beef. Granted, you shouldn't expect a ton of stuff in a "light" and lower calorie version of soup.
For dieters, not much caloric damage. For those who enjoy the combo of beef and barley in a tomatoey broth, here ya go. The main veggies are carrots and celery, but you find peas and green beans and bits of tomato, too. Eighty (80) calories per serving. Pretty good.
For folks watching carbs, it's 14 carbs per serving. Just skip the crackers. ; )
If you aren't low-carb: Add some crisp and light Wasa crackers and Jarlsberg Lite, and it's a comforting, satisfying lunch without too many calories (hubby had this today).
I would buy this again.
