The solid cast brushed aluminum handles create a 'feel good in your hand' balance for superior comfort. Hollow-ground blades ensure a precision concave surface for maximum edge retention and sharpness. Hand wash and dry immediately after use to prevent discoloration of the aluminum handle. 1) NOT made in china.... this is made right here in USA !!!
2) Dishwasher safe... because this is quality American stainless steel, it does not rust from the dishwasher like the chinese-made garbage. With ANY knife from china, even if it CLAIMS to be dishwasher safe, it will still rust or melt or have corroding rivets... but not with this American-made knife. It has been through my dishwasher several times with no signs of rust!
3) It is QUITE sharp! Just check out the customer image I uploaded of its aftermath! OUCH!

I went to amazon and saw exactly what I was looking for at my price range. The Cutco paring knife was over $50.00 for one knife. I got all three of these knives for half that price, they are made in the USA and very sharp. Very happy with the Rada product.
