After purchasing and using one for a couple of days, I returned to purchase half-a-dozen more of them; will keep a couple of them and give the rest as gifts this holiday season.
The knives are super sharp, and are covered with a non-stock surface and nothing seems to stick to them; as you slice, the sliced items just simply fall away. Easy to clean, also comes with a protective sheath, which protects both the blade and your fingers!
