The pumpkin bread and pineapple upside down cake are great dependable recipes you will make time and time again... and all the proceeds go to a good cause, the restoration of a one-room schoolhouse!

The Three "R's" Cookbook is a fundraising effort of the Lower Saucon Township Historical Society. Proceeds from the sales of the cookbook will go toward the restoration of the Lutz-Franklin Schoolhouse. This schoolhouse is the last publically owned one-room schoolhouse in Northampton County, Pennsylvania.
