I love vegan soups. An instant soup along with a few pieces of crispbread in a ziplock bag makes a great lunch. Instant soups are also a great flavor maker for your own soup creations. Try using one cup of instant soup as a flavorful broth or base to add with beans and/or your favorite fresh veggies. Use your imagination and enjoy. Easy and fun. Prepare the instant soup and then add to the simmering or pre-cooked bigger pot containing the other ingredients. Heat together, stir, and serve. 170 calories, 11g protein, and 540mg sodium per cup. When preparing the cup of soup, it is important to let it stand re-covered as recommended for 5+ minutes and stir well.
