(More customer reviews)These are very tasty and the shape holds sauce best of all others I've tried. Spiral grooves let your yummy garlic, cheese, tomato and olive bits be nicely dispersed among each bite. You get the idea.
Not too gritty or chewy as some whole grain pasta can be. Not mushy (unless boiled too long in the water). The three colors also make pasta dishes look very pleasing on the plate. Stands up nicely to reheating, so large amount can be made then stored in freezer or fridge. Doesn't become gooey or unrecognizable on second warming.
