(More customer reviews)This thing rocks! Works better than the expensive name brands. As far as bags are concerned, we use generics. We bought a ton at Cabela's on clearance and they work great. Your best bet would probably be to buy the roll type of bags and cut to fit. It will seal one end in a heartbeat and then you have a bag! We picked it up for 20 bucks at tuesday morning... I only looked here to see if they were as cheap so that we have a backup! I don't expect it to last forever. Our more expensive Foodsaver brand died. That's how we ended up with the George Foreman and it is great for what it is! I would definitely recommend it for the money. I saw the bad review before and thought this would be helpful. Happy sealing and bulk buying!!!

(More customer reviews)I used it the first time for almost and hour and it worked like a champ. The cover is a little hard to get shut and you almost feel like you are going to break it, but I found it easier if you push one corner down at a time. It is great the instructions even say that you can reuse the bags, which I haven't done yet but is a nice money saving idea. It is a great product and even better because of the price. Rival definitly lives up to its reputation.
