(More customer reviews)This is a pack of wheat & potato Ramen noodles, with flavoring, in a foam cup. It is quite salty, 770mg/serving, which is the dominant taste, but that is usual for this kind of dish. At least it has only 1.5 g fat, 26g carb, 2g fiber, 2g sugar, and 6g protein.
If you cook it according to package directions, it is just nasty. And I don't mean good nasty, like Cuddy on House, but bad nasty, like the pear you dropped behind the breadbox and didn't find until the next spring. When allowed to steep, the noodles take the consistency of glue.
However, if you do what I do, you get a much better soup: bring a cup of water to boil, add the noodle patty and boil it for about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the rest of the flavorings. Pour into serving cup and eat.
