It is made with fresh organically grown vegetables and herbs combined with a quality sea salt for several months which allows the salt to take on the flavors and natural oils from the plants and then all is vacuum-dehydrated to seal in the flavor.
Very tasty, however, for anyone who wants to watch their sodium intake, I would recommend the Herbamare Diet which is a low-sodium version of the original reviewed here. Best not to use this original version if you have high blood pressure. [...] Or just Google it.
