(More customer reviews)Maitake mushrooms are hard to find. They are also recommended for their anti-cancer value. I decided to try them and I was very happy with their taste. It only takes 30 minutes to get them ready for cooking. They made a wonderful tasting broth for my stir fry. Would purchase again.
