(More customer reviews)I had seen in a review for a similar product that these don't reconstitute with any of the crispness of fresh peppers, but I found that to be an understatement; these are downright mushy. On the other hand, as long as you only expect to use them for adding color and flavor, these are great. The green bits don't brighten as much as the red. Because of the mushiness, the amount of flavor in a given volume is stronger than with fresh dices, so be careful of using too much.
