(More customer reviews)Delicious -- to me anyway. I do add about 1/2 teaspoon of Kikkoman Ponzu soy sauce because I like a little bit more salty taste. This miso has a depth of flavor that others don't have (to my taste anyway). I like it better than ANY restaurant miso soup that I've had. I notice that the flavor improves if I let it sit in my cup for a couple of minutes before eating. I did not like the version of this soup that includes the seaweed because it is simply too fishy tasting (again, in my opinion). Minor problem: There are 4 envelopes in the box. Each envelope will make 2 8 oz. servings. The problem is that it is difficult to exactly split the quantity in the envelope into two equal portions. My solution is to lay the envelope on the counter, flatten it, find the middle of the product packed portion, fold the envelope on that line and then cut the envelop in half with scissors. This works OK but I'd prefer that the envelopes were half size.
