(More customer reviews)This is called vegetable salad. And, by British standards it is. However, in the U.S. it is really what is closer to a potato salad. However, the cost per can makes this a "luxury" potato salad.
The flavor is excellent. It is very creamy. So here's a tip for stretching this delicious salad to make it a little less pricey: Add a can of diced potatoes and half a small can of peas(optional), mix, and refrigerate for a day so the flavors blend. Excellent. Or ... try using this creamy salad as a base for a larger salad with more variations.
The taste of this salad is so good that is worth experimenting a bit.
