(More customer reviews)I found a great barley soup at a little shop in Manhattan. I have since tried, without success, to make my own. I tried this and it was great! I like the flavor, the fact that it has a decent amount of fiber, and that it has two servings of vegetables. It is easy to heat and is a very enjoyable lunch.
