(More customer reviews)I think that this is not a bad product if you accept the fact that the colors you get will be different from ones that you can get with synthetic dyes. Yes, the yellow is made from tumeric and it does taste a little funky but that can be somewhat masked by increasing the flavoring in the frosting more vanilla or lemon and also by not using too much of the coloring. The blue and the red colors are almost flavorless and the red coloring is the best 'natural' red I have found. So a good product if you adjust your expectations of what frosting should look like personally I prefer to do that than give my kids treats colored with food dyes derived from coal tar.
