Despite being made with whole grain, these taste just as good as the regular Wheat Things. Looking on the back, however, it's not hard to see why. After flour, these things are basically sugar and high fructose corn syrup. They are cookies masquerading as crackers. Brilliant...
Enjoy them, just don't think you're getting a healthy snack. You're getting a salty cookie.
