(More customer reviews)I am a Mexican food nut so I have tried every canned green chili on the market. Ortega's are clearly the best. Great flavor, firm texture, good color and not fiery so I am comfortable using them for any company. The one recommendation I have is to consider buying the whole chilis rather than the chopped and then cut them to your taste. You just have more flexibility.
