My only problem, one that I took care of myself, was that one of the sugar bags seemed to have a box blade cut on the package causing some of the sugar to be spilled into the shipping container. Since there wasn't a huge amount missing from the bag, I simply transfered the contents to a sealable bag of my own. I thought it better to do that than try shipping the item one single piece back. Otherwise, I'm completely happy with my purchase.
