(More customer reviews)I love the texture in home made Hot and Sour soup. the package is deceiving, looks like more in the box than there is for the price. There are about 10 small boxes in that big box, both sides padded with cardboard to make it look like you're getting more product. It does EXPAND A LOT once it's put in warm water. Very good in the Hot & Sour soup mentioned earlier.
