(More customer reviews)I have tried several of the Dr. McDougall's cup of soup products in the past, and thought they were okay, but came across the Eating Right cups of soup for sale at my local grocery. I'm currently on a low/no fat regimen, and having trouble finding quick healthy things to eat for lunch. The Potato Leek soup fit the bill perfectly. It is warm, filling, low fat, contains natural ingredients and has under 400mg of sodium -- I have also tried the Black Bean Soup and Miso varieties of this same brand, but the potato leek is the very best.
