This is Crispy sauerkraut. I love it. Have you ever had a kraut burger or a kraut dog. Oh my goodness, I load mine with everything I would put on a burger and top it off with the kraut. It will melt in your mouth.
I cook the soy burgers and pile it on high. This is really good kraut.
Don't be afraid to experiment--you might be surprised at what you find. OH--I also put the kraut in my soups too.
