(More customer reviews)This is a nice product. I use it regularly with teflon skillets and grill plates; I use it with glass cooking containers (such as casseroles or meatloaf dishes). Whatever I cook doesn't end up sticking to the cooking surface.
Add to that the factoid that fat and calories are much much lower with PAM than with butter, margarine, and some oils.
It's simple to apply (just spray on the cooking surface).
So, this is an important element in my kitchen.
